Rethink, Reuse, Repair Fair Vendor Registration

Clean Valley Council is hosting a Rethink, Reuse, Repair Fair on Saturday, May 11, 2024, from 10am-3pm in Wasena Park. Visitors will connect with people and businesses who specialize in repairing and reusing our belongings, thereby extending the functional lifespans of our possessions, and reducing waste and our environmental impacts. We hope that vendors will be able to help visitors repair their things on site or provide the contacts and resources for future repair services. Vendors that also offer creative ways to upcycle items to keep them out of the landfill are also welcome. We also plan to include workshops and demonstrations for people to learn something about how to rethink, reuse, or repair things themselves. We need individuals, businesses, and civic organizations to participate as vendors.

We think that your skills would be a great fit for this fair. Would you be interested in participating? The first 20 vendors who agree to participate will receive a $75.00 stipend. Also, the first 9 vendors who sign up to offer a 30-minute workshop will receive an additional $25!

Vendors should provide their own equipment, tables, chairs, and a 10x10 tent (if desired). We shall provide space and plan to have a generator on site for those vendors who require a power source. Vendors must commit to being on site for the duration of the event. As a vendor, we encourage you to bring upcycled/refurbished items to sell.
